Product Description
Vent fits 14”x 14” rough opening with radius corners. Vent has original seals, which may need to be replaced. The plastic piece on the side of the operator is broken so one side does not crank up. It is also missing one crank handle. Needs new lid, current lid has had Polar Seal applied to it to keep out water. The screen has a small hole in it. Fan is 12 volt but has not been tested.
