EXTERIOR
The exterior of this unit is very original, intact, and complete. There is damage to the roof where a tree limb fell on it. The exterior shell is built like an airplane with riveted construction for long life and durability. It has aircraft grade aluminum that can be polished up to a mirror like shine. This is one of the California model trailers, which has the desirable whale tail rear cap and 13 panel front cap, which is in awesome condition.
Bumper, Frame and A-frame. It has surface rust but everything appears to be good and solid in all areas accessible for inspection. It has the original three inch channel bumper, which appears to be in good shape with only surface rust. It has been reinforced because someone added a spare tire carrier on the rear.
Compartment doors. It has the original rear trunk door, which looks to be in good shape with no dents or dings. No keys.
Dents scratches and damage. The worst damage is where a limb fell on the roof. It wrinkled the roof skin and some of the top radiuses. There is a small ding on the rear cap. Other than that there are just minor dents and dings.
Entry door. It has the original aluminum entry door with riveted construction. There are a couple of extra screw holes where a hasp was once added. The original Bargemen H-20 handle is broken. We do have these available and our Parts E-store. The door does have some minor scratches and oxidation at the bottom of the door. This is the door, which has the screen door within the door, which is very desirable. There are no keys with this door.
Step. It has the original step. The step has surface rust but is still good and solid, however the step brackets will need work.
Front hoist. It is bad and will need replaced.
Hitch Coupler. It has the original hitch coupler, which is in working condition.
Roof and Vents. The roof aluminum has damage from a tree limb falling on it and the roof vent covers were damaged also. These have been temporarily patched to keep water out.
Screen door. Yes, it has the screen door within the door. The screen needs to be replaced.
Exterior lights. The four exterior marker lights are bad or missing parts and need replaced. We do have the stainless steel reproduction teardrop lights with LED in our Parts E-store. It has newer stainless steel taillights, which are very similar to the original lights. The original lights are untested. Temporary tow lights have been added to rear of unit so that it can be towed home safely.
Underbelly. It has the original underbelly, which is approximately 85% intact.
Windows, Glass, and Seals. It has the original aluminum windows, which are in decent shape but many of the operators are stripped out. The picture window and window in front of the door is plexiglass. There is one window with a cracked glass. All windows have old original seals which should probably be replaced.
INTERIOR
The interior of this vintage Airstream is mostly original but is definitely going to need some work. It is very dirty on the interior and needs a good cleaning.

RUNNING GEAR
It has the original running gear with the exception of four brand new tires and brand new rims. We pulled the grease caps before we towed the trailer. They had adequate grease. We towed the trailer back over 300 miles with no problems.
Axle and Springs. It has the original axles with leaf spring suspension. These have surface rust but all appear to be in good condition. This particular year the Overlander came standard with a single axle. This trailer has the tandem axle option, which is a nice feature for better stability when towing.
