Exterior- Body is in excellent overall condition for its age. The trailer has been polished and clear-coated so its shine will never dull or oxidize. The exterior has a few beauty marks including:
-some small dents above road side fender.
- crease in roof above road side fender.
- scratches on road side of trailer as well as rear corner of curb side.
The trailer has all frames for the windows. One frame is missing the glass and several others are plexiglass. The door in door screen door is in good condition.
Tires- older tires with little/no weather checking
Frame- appears solid but some rot is expected for a trailer of this age
Belly Pan – Decent condition, has been overlapped with new aluminum on the edges around most of the trailer. There are some holes in the center of the belly pan.
Subfloor- Appears mostly solid except for the bathroom in the rear.
Appliances- Has original furnace, 3 range stove w/oven, and fridge. None have been tested.
Cabinetry- Most of the original cabinets are present and are in fair condition.
Interior- Double twin layout. Front gaucho is missing. Bathroom has been pulled out of trailer and carpeted over.
Plumbing and Electrical- not tested
What this trailer has to offer- This trailer has a great looking exterior skin and a decent interior. This trailer could be restored back to original with the interior that it currently has. It could also be completely gutted and rebuild with a new interior.
