There is some surface rust on this and the one side will need drilled out from rust, but steel is still solid. No bends or tears in the steel either. Is used for the middle support bracket for a Marvel brand window used on many Spartans. Mounts on the window sash. There is an example of the window that this bracket is used on near the end of the photos. The mounting screw holes are 1" on center and approx. 16-3/8" top to bottom. There is a hole for the window lever approx. 4-5/8" from bottom of bracket. Actual part may vary from photos but is in comparable condition. This can be used for a miter or radius corner window if the size is the same as yours.
